The exhibit will be open only Saturdays from April 25 through June 6, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
This mini exhibit is about the local Davis High dance card history. Dance cards (or ball programmes), popular in the 19th and early 20th centuries, were these small, decorated cards, where young men signed up for specific dances with young girls, a gendered practice that ended in the 1940s.
