Family Yoga Workshop

This family yoga workshop with Teacher Jaclyn will include a guided meditation, breathwork, games, storytelling, and asanas (yoga poses). We will do some fun partner and group poses. Families will leave the workshop with some new playful ways to enjoy yoga together! Ages 4-12 with their caregiver(s). $25 for one caregiver and one child. Each additional family member $10.
