Amber Aguirre In Person Workshop
This workshop is in-person only, on November 4, 2023 from 1-5pm!
Students will learn how to construct a small hollow-bodied rabbit (or other animal) out of clay. They will also learn how to construct an effective device for hanging it on the wall that automatically tightens the sculpture securely to the wall.
Workshop is suitable for all levels of experience!
The gallery will provide all of the clay for this workshop.
Participants Must Bring:
Water cup
Fettling knife
Exacto or scalpel knife
Needle tool
Modeling tools of all kinds (tongue depressor, bamboo skewer, ball ended tools)
Optional, But Recommended:
Banding wheel
Notebook
Box with soft lining to transport piece home
