Avid Reader: The Next Conversation About Housing w/ Leah Rothstein
The Avid Reader is partnering with the League of Women Voters and Interfaith Housing Justice Davis to host a conversation about inclusive housing with Leah Rothstein.
In his book The Color Of Law, Richard Rothstein explained how government policy intentionally segregated our cities and suburbs. In Just Action (release spring 2023), Leah Rothstein and Richard Rothstein describe what we can do now, in our own communities, to undo racial segregation and begin to repair the harms it has caused us all. Just Action includes descriptions and examples of the many strategies and policies a community can support to challenge racial segregation and promote inclusive housing.
