Beer and Brewing Course!

Sacramento City College (SCC) offers a three-unit introductory beer and brewing course, NUTRI 336, as part of its Food Science program. This course is designed to be hands-on and is taught at the SCC Davis Center. It is open to students 21 years of age and older.
