Creative Learning with Clay
April 5 - April 29

The Artery presents Creative Leaning with Clay from April 5 to 29, with an Artery reception on Friday, April 12, 6-9 pm. Judy Catambay, artist and art instructor for Davis schools, showcases student ceramic work. She also includes some of her latest sculptures as part of the exhibit. Under Judy Catambay’s guidance, students at Willett Elementary School discover their artistic voices as they turn clay into art. The lessons in clay spark their curiosity and deepen their understanding of the world.
The Artery Spotlight Guest Artist for April is Hannah Klaus Hunter. Hannah currently works in both printmaking and collage. She will be doing a demonstration on Saturday, April 13 from 12-3.
