Davis Women’s Circles (Mom Anger and Rage)
Davis Women’s Circles are made for all mamas, including pregnant ones! Held in a beautiful, uplifting and safe space, you get to reset, connect, and discover what mothering on your own terms looks like. This special mini-retreat focuses on the common experience of mom anger and rage. This circle is open to any mama who experiences anger/rage or is simply interested in the topic. We’ll be cultivating understanding, empathy and greater self-compassion and also discuss helpful tools. It includes relevant activities, connecting with amazing local mamas and tasty bites.
