ABOUT
Join us as we explore the life and lasting impact of gay activist and politician Harvey Milk, thru the words of the people who knew him best.
This documentary-style play weaves together interviews, multimedia and music in a tribute to the transformative power of community organizing. In the forty-five years since Harvey called his community out into the streets, and into the voting booth,
how far have we come in our struggle for equity? And where is that struggle leading us now?
This production is supported in part by The California Arts Council, a state agency. Learn more at www.arts.ca.gov. And by a grant from the Yolo Community Foundation.
