Día de Muertos Celebration

TANA’s annual Día de Muertos celebration is one of the highlights of the season. Join in community to honor ancestors and to reconnect with our spirit and one another!
Celebrate together with ofrendas (offerings), food, live performances,
Día de Muertos–themed crafts for all ages and more. The commemorative event will feature a live DJ, local Aztec danza, guest artist TANA ofrenda
and multiple community member-led altars that honor friends, family and loved ones. Guests will be invited to contribute to the Pared de Ofrendas(community altar wall) with written thoughts, pictures and paper flowers that commemorate family and friends. Day of the Dead-themed activities include paper calacas and calavera mask making, marigold paper flower folding and skull motif coloring. Enjoy live printing, and silkscreen prints made by TANA participants, interns and affiliated artists.
