Free Yoga Fridays

Free outdoor yoga classes are held every Friday (rain or shine). This class is an “all levels” class, appropriate for both experienced and non-experienced yogis. The class will be an hour long and will take place outdoors at Arroyo Park near the Basketball Courts. Please bring your own mats and any other equipment you may need for the sessions.
