Healing Sound Bath

Treat yourself to an evening of Pure Healing Sound and Restorative Healing Practices. Feel restored, centered and deeply connected. This special evening includes guided mindfulness, Chi Gong mini session, Kirtan, and Yoga Nidra.
This guided journey helps:
Reduce stress and anxiety
Improve mood and well being
Nurture better sleep and ability to focus
Promotes happier, more relaxed outlook
The program consists of seated moments and some lying down. We won’t be practicing any yoga exercises (But please bring your yoga mat for lying down in deep relaxation).
Light refreshments (vegan/gluten-free) will be served afterwards.
