Kids Yoga-Fall Classes

Fun loving and playful yoga for kids, we foster creativity, cooperation, and confidence in a safe environment. Yoga is an amazing tool to promote self-awareness, self-esteem, body awareness, mindfulness and ultimately Self-Love for kids.
*Make sure to bring your own yoga mat and water bottle! (Rental Mat is $2)
*Pre-registration is recommended.
*Kids 3-12 years are welcome
*Teacher: Mei, co-owner and lead teacher of Barefoot Yoga, also a Davis parent, has been teaching Kids Yoga for over ten years and dedicate to promote yoga to kids.
Class time: Wednesday 4:45-5:30pm
Course A: 8/14-9/18
Course B: 9/25-10/30
Course C: 11/6-12/11
Class tuition: $90 for each 6 weeks session
or $18 drop in
