ABOUT MY CLASSES
* All levels; no dance experience needed
* Emphasis on having fun & not worrying about getting the steps perfect, while still getting a great cardio workout.
* Students are encouraged to modify steps anytime they want; I try to demonstrate low-impact versions of each step at the beginning of each routine and then high-impact soon after so that students may select their preference. P.S.: I love to twirl, but twirling is always optional!
* Routines are on heavy repeat so that students who attend regularly get to know the choreography pretty well; I usually swap in only one or two new songs per week to keep things fresh and interesting
