There are several other great resources for finding arts and culture events, exhibits, performances, and other creative activities in the Davis area:
Davis Enterprise | UC Davis Arts & Entertainment | YoloArts | Visit Yolo
This park is 587 acres of natural area with rural hiking trails and access to 54,000 acres of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) property which includes the Blue Ridge Trail. The terrain defines this park with its steep slopes and beautiful view of the Capay Valley and beyond.
Tuleyome and our volunteers constructed the original trail and again partnered with Yolo County to build an additional six miles of trail. This workday will continue the work done on these new trails.
Please bring snacks, water, lunch, and dress for the weather. Poison oak is plentiful, so long pants are encouraged. Sturdy shoes or hiking boots are required. Tuleyome will provide all necessary tools. Please bring work gloves.
Questions? Contact Nate Lillge at [email protected].
Note: All participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Tuleyome’s waiver of liability which can be seen and downloaded HERE. All participants also understand that photographs will be taken at the event. If you do not wish to be photographed, you must tell the photographer and avoid the cameras’ line of sight.
Our event is free but a gratitude donation to help cover our costs is appreciated. RSVP for the event here: [https://tuleyome.nationbuilder.com/valley_vista_trail_building_dec_2022]
