Celebrate the launch of our winter exhibitions, Sahar Khoury: Weights & Measures and Backstory: Digitizing the Museum Collection. Stroll through the new shows, savor hot beverages and connect with community as we usher in a new season of art and discovery.
At 3 p.m., join curator Susie Kantor and artist Sahar Khoury for a conversation offering insights into the artist’s work on view.
Visit the Backstory galleries before or after the featured conversation to meet the museum’s digitization team and take a museum jobs quiz. Learn how our digitization project preserves the UC Davis Fine Arts Collection collection and expands access for UC Davis faculty and students, as well as scholars beyond the university.
As always, the event is free and open to the public.
