DESCRIPTION:After a couple years hiatus\, the Davis Odd Fellows are happy to announce the Davis Chocolate Festival is back! We hope you come and join us for a pre-Valentine chocolate festival.\nThe festival happens on both floors of the beautiful Davis Odd Fellows Hall located at 415 2nd Street in downtown Davis from 2 PM to 5 PM.\nGuests will find many chocolate vendors from all over Northern California offering complementary samples of their wares or to buy to take home and enjoy! We’ll have chocolate candy\, ice cream\, pastries\, drinking chocolate and so much more. Our bar will have chocolate inspired cocktails and beer for purchase. Plus\, the popular chocolate fountain with sweet treats to dip will be back again this year! \nFree chocolate demonstrations will also be available at the Lodge\, along with live music with popular local musical group\, According to Bazooka. \nWe’ll have chocolate candy\, ice cream\, pastries\, drinking chocolate and so much more. We will also feature a “Cookie Bake Off” with local celebrity judges. This is open to anyone who would like to enter their favorite homemade Chocolate  Cookie! The bake off will result in the crowning of the Cookie King/Queen of Davis. For bakeoff questions contact steeledome@gmail.com \nFor those guests who wish to purchase something more substantial\, there will be delicious hand held Nutella pies by Hand Held Sweet & Savory Pies. A bake sale table will be available with a wide assortment of chocolate cookies and cakes that guests can purchase and take home to enjoy after the festival. \n

DESCRIPTION:The Pamela Trokanski Dance Theatre invites the community to join them for the 2024 Davis Dance Project – One Body\, Many Forms\, a look at how different dance styles use the human body in very different ways. \nOne Body\, Many Forms\, is a Lecture/Demonstration/Performance that brings together dancers from several different traditions including Ballet\, Contemporary/Modern\, Chinese Classical Dance\, and Bharatanatyam. \nJoining the PTDT\, The Third Stage\, and Light Ballet Company are guest performers including Red Maple Cultural Connection (Junior Group\, Sunday Matinee only)\, Devi Varma\, and the Davis Ballet Company of UC Davis. \nThe performance will open on Saturday\, February 17\, at 7:00pm and follow up with a matinee performance on Sunday\, February 18\, at 2:00pm. \nAll performances are held at the Louise H.
