DESCRIPTION:The goal of this group is to help women with diagnosed or suspected ADHD to support one another. After group agreements are read\, we will have a 30 – 60 minutes ADHD educational component. The remaining time will be for general discussion\, sharing resources\, and planning for the next meeting. We meet from 6:30 – 8:00 pm. On the 3rd Thursday of every month (except July). Bring a friend!

It’s a personal inward journey where I only act as a guide. You’re in full control at all times and it’s simply by using your own #breath.
