It’s a ritual in plain clothes:\na space to remember yourself\, or to move something that got stuck.\nYou might just land in a room full of people who aren’t trying to win—just trying to be real with themselves and each other. \nWhat Happens Here?\nEvery session is different.\nWe move with what shows up.\nYou might find yourself drawing\, dancing\, speaking truth to a stranger\, or sitting quietly with a snack and your breath.\nThere is a structure—but it’s alive.\nThere is leadership—but it listens. \nWe always pause for a full 20-minute break in the middle with food.
