DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate the end of summer and the start of fall with an evening designed to build connection and community. Hope Café is a little bit workshop\, a little bit party — a warm\, welcoming space where live music\, creative activities\, and guided conversations invite you to pause\, reconnect\, and feel like you belong. All you need to do is show up with a curious mind and an open heart. \nWhat to Expect: \nDoors open at 6:30 PM with live world jazz by Nick Carvajal and Jim Frink. Local vendors Jumi Shrub\, Enamora Empanadas\, and Upper Crust Baking will have snacks and drinks available. Community story sharing and playful creative exercises continue through 8:30 PM\, after which guests are encouraged to linger and connect. \nSliding Scale: $15-$25

Every step taken and every dollar raised fuels NAMI’s free\nprograms\, advocacy\, and support services – making a lasting difference for the 1 in 5 who\nexperience mental health conditions each year. \nNAMIWalks is more than a walk: it’s a movement. Participants leave inspired\, empowered\, and\nreminded that no one is ever alone. Together\, we are stronger. Together\, we create hope.\nTogether\, we are NAMIWalks. \nWHAT: NAMIWalks Yolo County\nWHERE: Woodland Community College | 2300 Gibson Rd\, Woodland\, CA 95776\nEvent Route Length: 1k and 5K routes\nWHEN: Saturday\, September 26\, 2026 \n“The need has never been greater to build community support so we can realize Mental Health for\nAll in our lifetime” said Executive Director Lou Enge. “The impact of NAMIWalks is deeply felt\, in\nfamilies\, workplaces\, schools\, and neighborhoods. There is no registration fee\,\nbut fundraising is encouraged (and essential!). Participants raising $100 or more receive the official\n2026 event T-shirt.
