DESCRIPTION:The Pamela Trokanski Dance Workshop is celebrating National Arts & Humanities month with free classes throughout the month of October. \nBallet allows the dancer to discover the beauty and passion within the discipline of rigorous ballet technique. Level 1 concentrates on body alignment and a careful introduction to the basics of ballet. Subsequent classes expand on this foundation. All classes consist of barre work and center floor\, including adagio\, petit and grand allegro. Our emphasis is on understanding and learning technique from the “inside\, out\,” on combining the forms of the classical with contemporary themes\, music\, and influences\, and on developing the musicality and expressiveness within each dancer.  \nThis class is for kids age 9+. \nClass size is limited\, so please contact us to register in advance. \n  \n
