SUMMARY:Davis Shambhala Meditation Center Urban Retreat
DESCRIPTION:We welcome you to join the Davis Shambhala Meditation Center for a three-day urban meditation retreat\, July 10–12\, from 9:00 am–4:30 pm each day. \nOur community program offers opportunities to practice meditation—whether on a cushion or in a chair—learn with experienced meditation instructors\, and gather in community. We will practice meditation as a path of personal exploration and as a way to cultivate greater presence\, compassion\, and benefit in our lives and in the world. \nThis retreat is free to attend. As an all-volunteer organization\, we deeply appreciate donations to help us continue offering programs like this. But the most important thing is simply that you come—whether to practice together\, learn meditation\, or begin exploring how to watch your mind and open your heart.
