DESCRIPTION:Part of the Pence’s free Healing Arts Program and run by facilitator Amy Vidra. This one-time\, 90-minute art workshop focuses on themes of depression\, anxiety\, and major life changes. Through the process of art-making\, participants have opportunities for discussion\, education\, and connecting with peers in a safe and supportive space.  \nParticipants must be 18 or older. No art experience is necessary. All participants must show proof of vaccination.
