DESCRIPTION:Davis Craft and Vintage Fair began as the Square Tomatoes Craft Fair more than 10 years ago! The event was started by instructors from the UC Davis Craft Center in order to have a monthly craft fair for local artisans and the local community. We embraced local vintage vendors in 2017\, we’ve grown and we are still home to local artists and makers from the Davis and greater Sacramento area. \nWe collaborate with local non-profits starting with Couleurs Vives Art Studio who joined us in 2018! Many of our talented vendors can be found at other festivals like the Davis Phoenix Coalition’s Pride Fest\, the I-House’s International Festival\, and 2nd Friday Art Abouts on E Street Plaza! \nExpect to see friendly vendors with local handmade and original art\, crafts\, quality vintage items\, upcycled treasures\, earth-friendly creations\, good food\, and more! Free live music fills the open space for a lively atmosphere so be sure to stop by and join us!  \n

DESCRIPTION:July 11\, Friday 5-8pm – Live Music & Food Truck \nTicket includes: Glass of wine & live music. \nWe’re excited to welcome Cathy West-Packard & Arlyn Anderson at Great Bear! Cathy has been performing with ensembles\, choirs\, and musical theatre groups virtually her whole life. In 2021\, she started singing as a soloist and just last year released her debut album “Rich in Love”. Cathy’s eclectic taste in music shines through in all of her performances\, and tonight will be no exception. While studying jazz and classical music at SJDC and CSUS\, Arlyn Anderson shared the stage with many famous musicians. He has been performing professionally for over 20 years throughout Northern California and more. Playing a variety of music styles\, he currently performs solo\, with his own trios\, quartets\, and various other groups\, including R&B and big bands. This dynamic Sacramento-based duo will delight listeners with Cathy’s rich vocal stylings accompanied by Arlyn’s jazzy improv. \nSoul Ona Roll Food Truck will be out at the winery offering Cajun and Creole-inspired classics. Please support this local business and do not bring outside food.
