SUMMARY:Healing Arts One-Time Session
DESCRIPTION:Healing Arts One-Time Session \nTuesday\, January 16\, 2 PM – 3:30 PM \n(Free\, must register online) \n  \nPart of the Pence’s Healing Arts Program and run by facilitator Amy Vidra\, this one-time\, 90-minute art workshop focuses more specifically on a theme related to depression\, anxiety\, or major life changes. Through the process of art making\, participants will have opportunities for discussion\, education\, and connecting with peers in a safe and supportive space. \n  \nThis is a free program\, and all materials are provided. Participants must be 18 or older\, and no art experience is necessary.
