Come experience this monthly practice that many have shared is “powerful”. \n“This is the easiest\, most profound\, proactive approach in stress reduction in any of my work of the last 25 years.”\n-Susan Jones \nWhat to expect:\nThis is a practice called #TraumaAware #SomaticBreathwork. It’s a personal inward journey where I only act as a guide. You’re in full control at all times and it’s simply by using your own #breath.
