The sport also fosters self-confidence and boosts self-esteem as children witness their progress and achievements over time.\n\n\nTumbling & Flipping Class Wednesdays 2-3PM.\nIn this class\, children will learn the basics of gymnastics\, and additionally focus on learning a variety of tumbles\, handsprings\, and somersaults. These are the most exciting skills in gymnastics\, and by practicing them children develop a strong and powerful body.\n\nRhythmic Gymnastics Class Wednesdays 3-3:30PM.\nRhythmic gymnastics\, one the most beautiful of the Olympic categories\, is a synthesis of sport\, art\, and aesthetics. This form of gymnastics combines light equipment manipulation with expressive movements from gymnastics\, ballet\, dance\, and acrobatics.
