SUMMARY:SSRI R&B Jazz Quintet Live
DESCRIPTION:SSRI returns for another show at the Melon Ball after their highly succesful May 15th concert! Don’t miss out on one of the best young jazz groups around! \nSSRI is a modern jazz collective that is deeply influenced by artists and groups such as: Robert Glasper\, Roy Hargrove\, and Lettuce. They perform a diverse repertoire of original contemporary jazz arrangements\, standards from The American Song Book\, and covers of beloved R&B songs from the 90s and mid 2000s. Each band member has a different musical background\, but we’ve drawn together due to our shared love of Jazz\, R&B\, Gospel and Pop music. Join us as we celebrate the music of Michael Jackson\, Luther Vandross\, Stevie Wonder\, and more! \n$20 General Admission\n$15 Seniors/Students\n$10 Kids under 12 \nDoors open at 7:00pm\nCash or Venmo at the door only (no Credit Card) \nThis is a BYOB event!
