DESCRIPTION:Insects At The Ditch \nLarry Snyder \nPhotography \nJanuary 5 to February 2 \n2nd Friday ArtAbout Reception: January 12\, 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. \nLogos Books\, 513 Second Street\, Davis\, CA\, 95616  \nThis exhibit contains portraits of insects found in the North Davis Channel. After watching UC Davis Professor of Entomology Louie Yang’s Monarch/Milkweed Monitoring crew establish several hundred milkweed colonies at the North Davis Channel\, Snyder began photographing the arthropod life on the plants. He documented insect behavior and their interactions with other species on their host plants.
