Tina creates original, easy-to-follow choreography incorporating low-impact movements from ballet, jazz, hip-hop, Latin, Bollywood, Zumba, martial arts, kickboxing, and more. No dance experience is required. Drop-ins welcome. First class is free! 10:15a—11:15a.
