DESCRIPTION:Fitness and Wellness Academy is hosting Wednesday Outdoor Donation Yoga Classes. Classes will be every Wednesday (rain or shine). This class is an “all levels” class\, appropriate for both experienced and inexperienced yogis. The class will be an hour long and will take place outdoors at Arroyo Park. We will meet near the Basketball Courts. Please bring your own mats and any other equipment you may need for the sessions.
