WHO CAN SUBMIT: Submissions are open to the first 100 artists. Submissions are open to all artists. Only one submission per artist will be accepted. This form is only open to original art.

SUBMISSION SPECIFICATIONS: Banners will be 3 1/2 ft x 11 1/2 ft, so submissions should have a 3:11 ratio. Images will be cropped if they are outside of the suggested ratio. Submit only high-resolution images. So that voting can be anonymous, we ask that artists do not sign work at this time.

WHAT SUBMISSIONS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED: Images with glares, reflections, etc. will not be counted. AI-generated images are not permitted. Images that are replicas of famous works or violate another artist’s copyright will be disqualified. The additional submission will be deleted if an artist submits more than once.

HOW WILL ART FOR THE BANNERS BE SELECTED? When all 100 submissions have been collected and reviewed by staff, the Members of Sacramento Fine Arts Center will be able to vote for their favorites. Tie-breakers will be decided by the Sac Arts Board of Directors. A member who submits art will NOT be allowed to vote for their own art.

HOW LONG WILL BANNERS BE DISPLAYED: The approximate life span of the banners is 5-7 years. Artists’ names will be displayed on or near banners.
