Yoga at the Vineyard with FIT4MOM!
Join us on Wednesday, September 11, from 6-8:30pm for an evening of yoga and wine at Great Bear Vineyards with Fit4Mom Davis-Woodland. Enjoy a relaxing Vinyasa flow led by instructors Anais Foley-Kennedy and Maria Perez, set to groovy tunes and tailored to all skill levels. After yoga, unwind with an original meditation by local writer Jessica Guerrieri, followed by a glass of wine from Great Bear. Don’t forget your yoga mat, towel, and a light jacket for the perfect summer evening.
