Slice: A Juried Exhibit of Regional Art 2023

The Pence Gallery’s Slice exhibit is now in its 11th year! This display of contemporary art in a variety of media celebrates the work of artists from all over California. This year’s juror is Kelly Lindner, Art Galleries and Collections Curator for the University Galleries, California State University, Sacramento, where she is responsible for overseeing exhibits and programs for three galleries. Kelly Lindner has chosen pieces for Slice that are conceptually thoughtful, technically skilled, and representative of contemporary trends in art. Awards will be announced during the reception on July 14 at 7:30 PM.
