Manuel Fernando Rios is a painter, printmaker, and Professor of Art at Woodland Community College. Join him as he talks with fellow artist John Yoyogi Fortes about his formative years as an artist, his artistic process, and current work in his exhibit at the Pence.
Visitors can view Manuel Fernando Rios’ exhibit, When They Reminisce Over You, at the Pence Gallery from February 7 – March 29, 2026.
