Fit4Mom Yoga Night
GREAT BEAR VINEYARDS. Back by popular demand, Fit4Mom Davis-Woodland & Great Bear are teaming up to offer an evening with yoga & wine. Our talented Fit4Mom Davis-Woodland instructors, Anais Foley-Kennedy & Maria Perez lead an easy to moderate Vinyasa flow set to groovy toons & tailored to your skill level. As yoga draws to a close, we will read an inspirational, original meditation from local writer, Jessica Guerrieri. You can walk in the lavender fields, set up a picnic, or simply socialize with new & old friends. 6p – 8p. $20.
