Healing Arts Drop-In Session at Pence Gallery
Part of the Pence’s free Healing Arts Program and run by facilitator Amy Vidra. This one-time, 90-minute art workshop focuses on themes of depression, anxiety, and major life changes. Through the process of art-making, participants have opportunities for discussion, education, and connecting with peers in a safe and supportive space.
Participants must be 18 or older. No art experience is necessary. All participants must show proof of vaccination. Limited to the first 8 participants who register.
