Join us every Saturday morning for our Tai Chi Basics Course, a beginner-friendly introduction to this beautiful, slow-moving martial art. Tai Chi combines mindful movement, balance, strength, and fluidity to help you feel more grounded and connected. 🧘♀️✨
This introductory class focuses on foundational drills and postures designed to build balance, leg strength, coordination, and body awareness while preparing you for a deeper Tai Chi practice. 🌱
Leading the class is Daniel Pfister, who has practiced Tai Chi for nearly 30 years! Daniel received intensive training while living in Taiwan for five years and later completed his master’s thesis studying the effects of Tai Chi stance training on blood pressure. 🇹🇼🥋
Whether you’re completely new to Tai Chi or looking to strengthen your foundation, come move, breathe, and start your weekend feeling refreshed! 🌞
