Join us for our very first Tai Chi Basics Course, where gentle, flowing movements meet mindfulness and balance. Whether you’re brand new or simply curious, this introductory class is designed to help you build strength, improve balance, and experience the calming benefits of this ancient practice.
Led by experienced instructor Daniel Pfister, who has nearly 30 years of practice (including intensive training in Taiwan and graduate research on Tai Chi’s effects on blood pressure), you’ll learn foundational drills and postures that set the stage for a deeper practice.
