In this 3-week workshop, artist Misuk Goltz will focus on the importance of value studies. Through value studies, students will learn how to simplify complex subjects, organize a composition, establish strong lighting, and create a solid foundation for a full-color painting. Participants will paint a new subject each week, along with a corresponding value study. For this workshop, participants should be familiar with the basics of drawing and watercolor painting.
