PENCE GALLERY. The watercolor paintings of Misuk Goltz convey a world seen through both her travels and daily life that is full of emotional resonance. The World We Live In largely centers on her vignettes from these travels, alongside rural scenes from our region. In her detailed naturalism, she reveals the shared humanity of her subjects she’s sketched. Free

PENCE GALLERY. Fragments highlights recent paintings, collages, and drawings of Gina Werfel and Hearne Pardee. Both have recently retired from teaching at UC Davis, having spent more than 20 years teaching art, in addition to maintaining busy studio practices.
