SUPER OWL BREWING. Maya Mehta, an 8th grader in Davis, started her birding and photography journey during the pandemic, when she was 7. Encouraged by her parents with an old camera, she has been sharing her pictures from India and the US regularly at local venues. This will be her 4th year sharing her pictures at Super Owl. 3p—6p. |

THE ARTERY. This exhibit is a collaboration between Lucy Boland of Bluewater Silk and Louise McGowan Bezark of Journey Vessels. The result is Lucy’s collection of reimagined vintage Japanese textiles and Louise’s fine art gourds. Lucy’s focus is on history and repurposing, and Louise emphasizes nature and transformation. This show celebrates craftsmanship, East Asian influence, tradition, and human connection. Free
