PENCE GALLERY. Slice celebrates the diversity of expression in our region with an array of sculpture, prints, paintings, and photography created by 36 visual artists. Representing a ‘slice’ of work fresh from the studio produced by new and established artists working in the state, this annual juried exhibit has quickly gained a reputation for displaying innovative and thought-provoking work. Working in oil and acrylic on canvas, her paintings have an illustrative quality, immersing the viewer in imaginative worlds where flora works in tandem with geometric forms.
